Billing is subscription-based.Charges are processed once for the selected billing cycle (monthly or yearly). Users can manage billing details, upgrade or downgrade, and download invoices directly from the App’s billing section.
When a new member is added, the seat is billed on a prorated basis. The charge covers only the remaining days of the billing cycle.
Example – Monthly plan:
- Monthly plan: ₹259 per seat
- A new member is added halfway through the month (15 out of 30 days remaining)
- Prorated charge = ₹259 ÷ 30 × 15 = ₹129.50
- Yearly plan: ₹237 per seat per month (billed annually) → ₹237 × 12 = ₹2,844 per year
- A new member is added halfway through the year (6 out of 12 months remaining)
- Prorated charge = ₹2,844 ÷ 12 × 6 = ₹1,422
No, billing applies only to active seats. If a member is removed, charges stop from the next billing cycle, and the open seat is not billed.
