Billing is subscription-based.Charges are processed once for the selected billing cycle (monthly or yearly). Users can manage billing details, upgrade or downgrade, and download invoices directly from the App’s billing section.

When a new member is added, the seat is billed on a prorated basis. The charge covers only the remaining days of the billing cycle.
Example – Monthly plan:
  • Monthly plan: ₹259 per seat
  • A new member is added halfway through the month (15 out of 30 days remaining)
  • Prorated charge = ₹259 ÷ 30 × 15 = ₹129.50
Example – Yearly plan:
  • Yearly plan: ₹237 per seat per month (billed annually) → ₹237 × 12 = ₹2,844 per year
  • A new member is added halfway through the year (6 out of 12 months remaining)
  • Prorated charge = ₹2,844 ÷ 12 × 6 = ₹1,422
This ensures only the remaining period is billed, whether for monthly or yearly plans.

No, billing applies only to active seats. If a member is removed, charges stop from the next billing cycle, and the open seat is not billed.

Refunds are generally not provided, but billing errors or exceptional cases can be reviewed by the support team.
